After building a successful career on the football field, he has applied that same discipline, drive, and competitive spirit to growing multiple businesses, including mental health support initiatives and an intensive outpatient program, while raising his family in the community he proudly calls home. When he’s not leading companies or squeezing in an early morning workout, you’ll find him investing time where it matters most—his wife and four children. A passionate advocate for giving back, Markus is deeply committed to supporting local initiatives and creating opportunities that strengthen the Arizona community, especially in the areas of substance use disorder treatment, for future generations.
